1. 一般規定 General Provision

除另有明文規定外，本公司概不接受任何服裝類商品的退貨或更換。客戶於下單前，應仔細閱讀並同意本公司所定立的退貨及更換政策。
Except as otherwise expressly provided, the Company does not accept returns or exchanges for apparel products. Customers should carefully read and agree to the Company’s return & exchange policy before placing an order.

2. 可接受退換的情況 Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions

本公司僅於客戶收貨後七（7）天內，並符合以下情況時，接受退貨或更換：
The Company will only accept returns or exchanges within seven (7) days upon receipt of the goods, under the following circumstances:

• 收到的服裝存在嚴重品質問題，包括明顯破損、縫線脫落或嚴重污漬；
  The apparel item has significant quality issues, such as visible damage, broken stitching, or severe stains;
• 收到的服裝與訂單不符（如款式、顏色、尺碼明顯錯誤）；
  The apparel item does not match the order (e.g., incorrect style, color, or size);
• 實際交付數量與訂單不符。
  The delivered quantity does not match the order.

3. 退換貨條件 Return & Exchange Conditions

• 服裝商品必須保持全新狀態，吊牌、標籤及包裝完整，不得經清洗、穿著或修改；
  The apparel item must remain in brand-new condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. It must not be washed, worn, or altered;
• 任何因試穿造成的輕微摺痕屬合理範疇，惟若商品已使用或影響二次銷售，恕不接受退換；
  Minor creases caused by fitting are acceptable. However, items that have been used or affect secondary sales will not be accepted;
• 是否能更換，須視乎當時庫存供應情況而定。
  Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. 不適用退換的情況 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Situations

• 因個人原因（如款式不合心意、尺碼選擇錯誤）提出退換要求；
  Requests due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selection);
• 已穿著、清洗、污損或自行修改後的商品；
  Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer;
• 任何特別標明「不設退換」之折扣或限量商品。
  Discounted or limited items marked as “non-returnable.”

如需辦理退換貨事宜，請於七（7）天內通過郵件聯絡客服，並提供訂單編號及相關照片以便核實：

6. 公司權利 Company Rights

本公司保留隨時修改或終止上述政策及優惠的權利，而無須事先通知。

In case of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

7. 法律效力 Legal Validity

本政策條款及細則為本公司一般條款及細則之一部分，並具有同等法律效力。
This policy forms part of the Company’s general terms & conditions and carries equal legal effect.
